Team Building Collaborative Working Team Work

In our experience we find that personal conflicts occur mainly because people have a different perspective of the same situation. 

Through a series of separate discussions we work to understand the protagonists different perspectives so we can let each person know how the other is thinking, and they can gain respect for the other person’s point of view.  This can be an iterative process.

We find that this gradually allows people to develop a respectful and understanding relationship. 

We are fervently against the traditional techniques of conflict resolution where the two parties are brought together for a resolution discussion which we find simply leads to both parties taking a defensive posture, deepening their own perspectives, and leading to even greater hostility.
