In discussions with the client we ensure that the desired culture is one that supports the aims, objectives and current performance and growth aspirations of the company.
By a series of confidential one-to-one discussions, attendance at formal meetings, opportunistic conversations and discussions, and a review of operating processes and procedures we can define the actual culture and compare this with the desired one and suggest a range of initiatives that might close the gap.
The implementation of initiatives must be carried out in a way which supports the desired culture and not rushed through in a perfunctory manner which might only serve to deepen the roots of the existing culture.
