The way people behave can impact different people in different ways, and hence well-intentioned styles can have an adverse effect, leading to misunderstandings and even personal conflict.
We are not advocates of standard 360° feedbacks which are limiting as they give no opportunity to explore issues in detail and understand the root causes of inappropriate behaviours.
Instead we prefer to carry out a Style and Impact Review where information is gained via a combination of observations and confidential one-to-one discussions with a variety of colleagues the person regularly interacts with in order to identify and explore emerging issues. Feedback is provided indicating how adjustments in style could have a positive effect and improve personal relationships and effectiveness.
