It is essential that team members can work together in a supportive and complimentary way to achieve team objectives and understand and appreciate the contribution made by others.
It is also imperative that people are treated in a way which motivates them to want go that extra mile. All too often we find that people feel their work and contribution is not acknowledged or recognised which leads to a sense of being under-valued, low energy and poor motivational morale.
